July 13
He could not sleep. He stayed up all night in the bedding.
He had breakfast, wrote a postcard and slept.
At 12:00, he got up.
In the evening, he opened the window and turned off the light. There was a round moon above the tile roof next to the geshukuya. The sky was clear as if it had been autumn and the moonshine was bright. Insects were chirping somewhere. He was imaging his hometown.
He had been watching the moon for about 1 hour.
About 9:00, he prepared the bedding and was watching up the moon lying in it.
When he closed the sliding wooden doors outside the window, it might be 12:00.
